Are your products responsibly made?
We adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 140001, and OEKO-TEX standards. Our performance fabrics are OEKO-TEX® verified and made of 78% recycled material. Our activewear is entirely made in Portugal by partners who score 87% on HIGG's Facility Environmental Module, while our fabrics are sourced from Italy.
Are there new styles launching soon?
Yes – more products are on the way. And boy, are they gorgeous! If you have product feedback or want to tell us what to make next, get in touch.
How should I care for my Lagatta items?
We recommend to wash gentle, on cold and hang dry or use a delicate setting in the dryer. This will keep the fibers and colours of the garment intact.
How can I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Our garments generally run large. If you are in-between sizes, choose the smaller size. If you still have questions, please get in touch and we'll help out.

Where do you ship to?
We ship from and to the UK and most countries in Europe.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping service you choose at checkout.
All orders are parcel tracked. Orders placed before 1pm are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the following business day. Orders are in transit on business days only.
During busy times such as launches, we ask for your patience as we may experience some shipping delays. Lagatta currently counts 2 team members.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) and express shipping (1 to 3 business days). The exact cost of shipping depends on your location and the shipping service you choose at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping to anyone who leaves a review. A thank you from us to you! This option is selectable at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for all unworn and undamaged items within 30 days from when the order was received.
Return costs are not refunded. Exchanges are free of charge, including the shipment of new size/colour.
Garments must be returned in their original state. We cannot accept returns with make-up stains or marks, so please take care while trying the item on.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Brexit
We ship to the UK from our warehouse in Bristol. We ship to Europe from our warehouse in Belgium. No import or export costs will be added to your purchase or returns.
